"Selecting the correct top dressing is of critical importance if you are planning to create the ideal riding arena, menage, gallop or lunging area.

Many people choose inferior products such as wood chip as a menage surface due to the cost saving only to find the surface is soft and waterlogged during winter or dusty and compacted during the summer. The correct balance of firmness and cushioning needs to be achieved to avoid damage to your horses tendons and ligaments. Our recycled rubber chippings/chip are made by the recycling of car tyres. The product consists of rubber and canvas fibre to give a product that is both firm and elastic. 99.99% of metal is removed by a specialised shredding process incorporating very powerful magnets to remove any contamination.

The angular nature of the rubber and fibre mix ensure that the menage surface remains frost free and workable in all but the most extreme conditions."
